One of my favorite recipes I have started making is 4 smart point chicken pot pie! This recipe is inspired by Felicia's Chicken Pot Pie Bubble Up (Click here to see her Instagram page). I do a few things different in mine, but I have grown to love this recipe.
1 package of Del Real Shredded Chicken
1 can of 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup Kraft fat free shredded cheddar cheese
3/4cup plain Greek nonfat yogurt
2 cups of frozen mixed veggies
1/2 cup of Flour
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Combine 1/2 cup of flour and 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt in bowl. Mix until ingredients are combined.
3. Flour a cutting board or kitchen counter and roll out dough mixture. Set aside.
4. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl.
5. Spray pan(I use 8x8 pan) and put veggie mixture into the pan and top with dough for crust.
6. Bake for 20 minutes.
1/4 of the pan is 4 smart points!
