It has been a few months since I have updated this blog. A lot of changes have happened in the last 8 months that have made it difficult to continue blogging. Now that i have reestablished my passion with writing, I want to update everyone on where this blog will be going and my life.
This blog had a huge focus on sustainability. Though I have not been posting about sustainability as much it is still important to me. With that being said, I decided to go back to eating meat for health reasons. I still try to reduce the amount of waste I produce along with my consumption of plastic and that will continue to be important to me, but health wise, I needed to put meat back into my life.
In July I joined Weight Watchers (now WW) to get my weight under control. Getting my health in order has become a huge focus in my life. I have been dealing with PCOS(Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome) since high school. My weight has gone up and down for years. In July, I hit the highest weight I have ever been and I decided I needed to get it together before it got way out of control. Since joining, I have lost 22lbs. With that being said, I want to use this blog and my Instagram as a way to hold myself accountable and encourage others who are also struggling with weight and PCOS,
My plan is to continue to post weekly on here to track my journey and to encourage others. I hope you continue to stay with me on this journey.
